Hi, I’m Tudie. Each day, I am guided by a mission to live in my gifts and share them with others. I believe in fostering a thriving, interconnected community, where love is at the center of all we do.

-
Mother
I am a mom with a grown son in his late twenties who loves to travel, be with the ocean, spear fishing and hunting. These days we talk on the phone and he makes me laugh, cry and remember. I cherish every moment we connect and I am ever so proud of who and how he is.
Ben Sam had a phase where he would sing ColdPlay during a long shower when he was 18. I used to sit outside the bathroom door and weep for joy, for missing him already and out of awe for the beauty of his voice. ColdPlay tears me up to this day; “You know I love you so.”

Singer
I am a singer who sings no matter the circumstance… I particularly love to rock the mic. Harmonies regulate me. Area noises challenge me to mimic them. As a noise maker, I take pride in my voice. I love to sing to babies, our cat Stickley, in the shower and with Portland area musicians backing me up, which they have done gracefully for over 12 years.
-
Partner
My partner Tony is my best friend. I live to make him lunches, share a laugh and tackle our daily NYT puzzles. We keep each other in-check. I recently woke him up in the middle of the night to help me breathe through the event of an ant in my ear! We just celebrated 7 years with yet another hike and 2 pumpkin pies.

Minimalist
I am a minimalist who lives in a tiny house on wheels with my ever-so-capable partner and our handsome cat Stickley. I am passionate about only owning what I use and love. The simplicity of our lifestyle choices affords me the time to hike, dance, sing, cook and sometimes I even melt my day away in our sauna.
-
Locavore
Tony and I are Farmers Market fanatics who find much joy in weekly bicycling home a trailer of local goods to share and enjoy. I love visiting almost every booth, flirting with the vendors and farmers, supporting our local musicians and “voting” with my hard earned money. Perhaps farmers are our truest friends and I accept their friendships.

Nia Somatic Movement Instructor
I have always loved to dance. I discovered Nia in 2010. I was at a staff retreat in the woods of New Hampshire where guided movement breaks were offered. I knew by the second song that “this was how I was going to get thru empty nesting” gracefully-ish. I have since taken several trainings and am grateful for its wisdom. I have been leading Nia Somatic Movement experiences for years and I love to share this practice.
-
Life Coach
I am a Certified Life Coach with my own practice called Schwee-Schwab.
I support individuals in their homes: Clearing, Cleaning and Re-Claiming their spaces to reflect where they are @ NOW and moving to BE.
With intention we work together to gain clarity, of heart and head, via care for the flow and relevancy of the “stuff” in their homes.
I love this work.

Cat Patron
Patron: a person chosen, named or honored as a special guardian, protector or supporter.
Stickley Bubbs came into our lives earlier this year. He was injured, dehydrated and very hungry. He chose us … somehow he knew he would thrive in our orbit. He has made our couple-dom into a family of three. We are in-love ❤

Forever Friend to the Littles
All ages of childhood are fun. I love the babies, the toddlers, the elementary kids, the tweens and the teens. On and off throughout my life I have gone out of my way to surround myself with the still- growing-skeletons in my midst. Kids have given me permission, over the years, to sing, dance, be silly, cuddle and especially make noises for the sake of making noise. I am forever grateful to all the children who ever took the time to invite me down to earth to connect with my own inner child through being present with them.
